After a misunderstanding, I was very happy with the care and attention of the entire parts department staff. I got all the parts I needed as well as a few I would have needed in the future.

I was in the market for an opportunity to get out of my Volvo lease early. We arrived just after 10am and met with Peter. He was awesome - not pushy and really answered everything. I ended up going through with everything and we agreed on everything just before 1pm. However the only downfall was not being able to leave until almost 4pm. It was def way longer than I have every spent trying to lease/buy a car. I know the car had just gotten off of the truck that morning and there was extra testing (and I am guessing by the extended wait a lack of staff in the service dept) - but it was just way too long and I would have personally preferred to come back and pick up the car another day - cause the detailing was mediocre if that. I had to come home and take more stickers off of everything and then also remove all the sticker glue that was around the car. I would 100% recommend this place and I would 100% recommend Peter - but I wish I would have know I was going to be stuck in the dealership the entire afternoon of my weekend and for that I could only give 4 stars.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service we have received. Starting from the purchasing of our vehicle from Toyota of Vineland to the many services we have had on our Tundra pickup over the years. This is a very family friendly dealership that has gone out of their way to accommodate us. Would recommend this dealer!

Excellent was the best way to describe my visit and purchasing experience. Extremely welcoming staff that knew their stuff. I believe my sales person was Harry K. who made what is usually a pretty stressful situation, feel a lot more smooth and easy going. The staff was quick to accommodate and navigate to meet the goals I had for purchase. If there’s a dealer you should start with in the area, I’d start here. The price was fair, the negotiation was pleasant, and the conversation was kind. I cannot speak to their repairs as I only purchased but my experience was great so I’ll be back to see how it is.

I had a RAV4 that was 19 years old and still ran very well. I loved my RAV, I am a walking advertisement for them! But I was ready for something new. But after shopping around at several different dealerships, I ended up coming back to Toyota and getting another RAV4! Max and Felix made the experience smooth and enjoyable. They were so willing to work with me on a payment plan that would work on my budget and that means a lot to me!
